Pros: The cloud based setup is convenient. I can log in from home if I need to review patient charts. The interface of the software system feels straightforward and the staff picked it up without too much trouble.
Cons: Customization options are somewhat limited especially for specialty templates.
Verdict: PatientClick EMR works well for general family practice but specialists might want more flexibility.

Pros: PatientClick software handles eprescribing very efficiently and I like that medication histories are clear and easy to track. It saves me time when managing complex patients with multiple medications.
Cons: The system can feel sluggish when dealing with larger files like scanned documents.
Verdict: For cardiology the EMR system covers most of my bases though speed improvements would make it more dependable.

Pros: Telehealth and patient messaging work smoothly which has been a big help for managing chronic patients remotely. The chart navigation is straightforward and I do not feel bogged down by excessive menus.
Cons: The occasional downtime that we have experienced with PatientClick has been frustrating especially during busy clinic hours.
Verdict: We are happy overall though the system reliability could be tightened up. When the EHR software works it really works well.
