Verdict: I rely on it daily but faster support response would make a big difference in urgent care.

Pros: I like that scheduling is linked so tightly with charting. Patients appreciate the reminders and it cuts down on no shows. The portal is straightforward for patients as well which saves my staff phone time.
Cons: Sometimes PatientClick software system updates disrupt workflows without much warning.
Verdict: It gets the job done but the update process needs more transparency.

Pros: The idea of PatientClick is good and I like that it is cloud based. Basic scheduling and charting functions are okay once you figure them out.
Cons: The system feels clunky and I often spend extra time trying to navigate. Training was minimal and support has not been very responsive.
Verdict: Honestly it is been frustrating. It does the basics but not smoothly enough for me to recommend.

Cons: While the software integrates with various third-party systems we have had to face challenges in integrating it with certain systems and devices leading to compatibility issues and workflow disruptions.
Verdict: Intuitive interface and integration is amazing.
