Pros: The help pages cover pretty much everything and are simple to use. It’s pretty intuitive, too. The reports are great; we rarely have to make our own because the system already has what we need.
Cons: There’s no inbound email feature, which makes it harder to follow up on a colleague’s tasks. You can see the original question, but not always the response.
Verdict: After connecting Panacea EMR software with our finance systems, we realized we need a few extra reports, like exporting all budget codes and seeing which sections are allowed to use each one.
