    Pros: I really like using this EHR. It fits our small practice well. The charting is fast and my team picked it up quickly. I also like how I can customize the workflows for my pediatric patients.

    Cons: The mobile version is limited and does not sync that well. It could use some more reporting features.

    Verdict: This is a great EHR for small practices who do nott need all the bells and whistles. Simple, fast and gets the job done without over complicating things.

    Pros: I find OneTouch EHR fairly easy to get into. It didn’t take long for my staff to learn the basics and start using it daily. The interface is clean and I like the templates for patient encounters.

    Cons: I wish there were more specialty focused options for internal medicine. Sometimes the system gets a bit slow during peak hours.

    Verdict: This is a solid tool for day to day work. Nothing fancy but it works and that’s what matters.

    Pros: OneTouch EHR has some good ideas. I can see the potential in the system. Billing integration is okay and the note templates save time once you get them set up.

    Cons: Too many bugs in the update and the mobile access feels unfinished. I have had to contact support more than I expected and wait times are long.

    Verdict: I would say this is average at best and only worth it if you do not mind working around issues. Needs more polish before I would recommend it to my colleagues.

    Pros: I did not like it from the beginning and I still do not. Navigation is not smooth and the layout is not user friendly. Even my front desk staff is confused at times and they have been trained.

    Cons: System crashes more than it should. Support is not helpful and feels like talking to a script.

    Verdict: This software just made everything harder for our clinic. We are switching to a different provider next quarter.
