Pros: Overall, my experience with NextGen Virtual Visits EMR software has been good. When emails or messages didn’t clear things up, a quick Teams meeting usually helped us resolve everything efficiently.
Cons: Customer support responds quickly, and the technicians are knowledgeable and very helpful in their areas of expertise.
Verdict: It’s tough for patients to use the portal, and getting everyone signed up has been a challenge. We were hoping it would help reduce phone calls, but that hasn’t really happened yet.
