Pros: It does a good job of keeping up with the pace of an urgent care environment. The check in process and patient tracking board are well thought out. It makes it easier to manage flow during busy hours. I also appreciate that the software integrates smoothly with billing and lab systems. It keeps things connected without constant switching between screens.
Cons: Some parts of the charting feel a bit rigid. The system also slows down a bit during updates which can interrupt workflow.

Pros: it is simple with the tabs in charts but thats about it
Cons: way too much to list everything. having no presets for ROS, exam, and having medications saved is annoying because some I still need to just open the medication and close it and it will then allow me to send to pharmacy. I have had issues for over a year now and no one can fix my ongoing errors that cause me to restart my EMR sometimes over 5 times a day. I would honestly pick any EMR over there. I have used a lot of others.
