Cons: The customization is something I dislike I wish it was more adaptable to the ways in which various teams operate.
Verdict: If you're in behavioral health and require something structured, I believe CT One is good EMR Software

Pros: It is thoughtfully built for behavioral and mental health practices. I like how SOAP notes are structured and how treatment plans can be carried over from session to session. It is light fast and rarely goes down.
Cons: Takes a bit of training to get the most out of the features especially for new hires.
Verdict: Highly functional and focused. A great choice for outpatient behavioral health providers.

Cons: Interface feels clunky and it is hard to adapt it for non-mental health specialties.
Verdict: Better suited for niche practices. I would not recommend it for larger or multi specialty clinics.

Pros: It s a basic but dependable system. Everything from intake to scheduling works as expected. It does not over complicate things which I appreciate.
Cons: Not a lot of advanced options or workflow automation.
Verdict: A good choice for small practices looking for a no frills stable platform. May not impress but it also does not disappoint.
