The built-in medical editor allows users to customize applications and apply changes to medicine and other coding requirements. The software is also fully certified for Stage 2 Meaningful Use.
CodoniXnotes also provides a Patient Portal that allows patients to review their medical records & test results and also share them with other providers. Patients can also schedule appointments, update their personal information, as well as receive notifications and alerts from care teams/practice.

The scheduler keeps the doctors up to date by sending notifications regarding updates in a patient’s schedule. Administrators can manage patient flow and track them in real-time. Pros: CodoniXnotes EMR Software simple and clinician-focused, with a clear interface that makes patient charting and documentation straightforward.
Cons: I observed some occasional performance slowdowns during peak usage though they didnt occur so frequently.
Verdict: CodoniXnotes EHR Software handles day-to-day clinical and administrative tasks well and strikes a good balance between functionality and simplicity.

Pros: It has an amazing interface, very easy to use and training was also very quick and simple. Any issues we had either in charting or during the transition period, there were always automated instructions and helpful notes to guide us every step of the way. The support is also very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The only issue we have had is with scheduling. It requires all patient data to be entered or it does not work properly.
Verdict: Good for the price, would recommend.

Pros: CodoniXnotes is a comprehensive practice management software. It is very user friendly. The training took hardly any time and the support team is also very friendly.
Cons: Charting is quite complicated and almost frustrating.

Pros: The system offers great functionality. The interface is up to the mark according to modern needs.
Cons: The least thing that I like about this product is that it lags all the time and sometimes it even crashes and then you have to restart it.
