ClinicTracker (CT) is an Electronic Health Records (EHR) Software and Practice Management System (PM) Software specifically designed for Behavioral Healthcare facilities. The software is developed by JAG Products with an aim to deliver enhanced clinical assistance and productivity.
ClinicTracker Electronic Medical Records System is user-friendly, with a simply laid out dashboard allowing physicians to get instant access to a patient’s data. Providers can straightaway view their patient lists, appointments, messages, ePrescribing (e-Rx) notifications, and compliance alerts. They can document progress notes, treatment plans, admissions and discharge summaries. The Electronic Medical Records Software has several pre-stored templates for Mental and Behavioral Health but custom templates can also be added quickly using the Form Builder utility. Users can automate patient information input with ClinicTracker EMR Software, track case progress, manage medications and generate a wide range of clinic statistics. Doctors can access the CT using a phone application that is directly integrated with the EMR.

Pros: As a child psychologist I adore its outcome tracking tools it graphs symptom progress over time which parents love seeing in reports. The tele health integration is also seamless, and the interface is refreshingly simple.
Cons: Limited third party integrations like no direct link to my lab vendor. Also the mobile app lacks some desktop features.
Verdict: A niche gem for therapists. It is not perfect for every specialty but for behavioral health it is top-tier.

Pros: ClinicTracker group therapy documentation is a lifesaver for my substance abuse clinic. The progress note templates are tailored to behavioral health and the compliance features (like audit trails) keep my billing squeaky clean. Support is actually responsive rare for EHRs.
Cons: The calendar/scheduling tool is bare bones. No drag and drop rescheduling, and sync with external calendars (Google or Outlook) is spotty.
Verdict: If you need an EHR that gets mental health this is it. Just do not expect fancy scheduling.

Pros: It is fantastic for behavioral health it is tailored perfectly for mental health providers. The note taking is quick and the treatment plan features are super helpful. I also appreciate how easy it is to track patient progress over time. The customer support team is responsive and actually knows what they are doing.
Cons: The reporting features could be more robust and the UI while functional, is not the most modern looking. A few more integrations would be nice too.
Verdict: If you are in mental health this is one of the best EHRs available. It is not perfect but it is miles ahead of generic systems when it comes to behavioral health workflows.

Pros: We have been using ClinicTracker for a long time now. It has been a life-saver to us in our crisis service and our inpatient programs as well. Their support has been wonderful also.
Cons: Emailing is fine, it is not a huge deal, but it just creates delays with issues that I think could be worked out quickly with a phone call.
Verdict: A great software with many necessary form templates to choose from.
