Pros: We are really happy to have this software in our practice. The best is its mobile app which has turned out to be a game-changer. It allows us to access patient records and chart on-the-go which has increased our productivity and responsiveness to the needs of our patients.
Cons: The updates are not innovative and seem to be outdated and not intuitive.

Pros: I have been using GE Centricity EMR for some time now and I can confidently say it is one of the best EHR systems on the market. It is customizable to fit the specific needs of our practice. The customer support team is always quick to address any issues that arise.
Cons: In the initial phase we found the system to lack user-friendly navigation making it cumbersome to find patient information."
Verdict: I would highly recommend GE Centricity.

Pros: As with any EHR system, you will only see maximum efficiency if the proper time is taken to perform the right set-up and then continuous process evaluation to tweak and adjust as the practice moves forward.
Cons: Also my staff can not synch from home sometimes and we have been told recently that Centricity Enterprise EMR does not work with VPN or remote access.
Verdict: However, I would like for the client to be able to respond to the text directly.

Pros: As a physician what I appreciate is how GE Centricity EHR seamlessly integrates with other healthcare systems. I also like how it enables us to easily share patient data with other providers. Its interoperability has greatly improved continuity of care for our patients.
Cons: I personally think that its mobile app is unreliable and lacks essential features for efficient charting.
Verdict: Smooth transition and easy to use.
