Pros: Setup was quick and their on boarding team was helpful. I like that I can finish notes right after each patient without slowing down.
Cons: Patient communication tools are limited and text reminders do not always go out.
Verdict: I think Atlas is great for daily visits and SOAP notes but it still needs better patient engagement tools.

Pros: Honestly I expected more from this software. The interface looks dated and I constantly have to click around to find what I need. It gets the job done but not efficiently.
Cons: The system feels slow and not cloud optimized. Backup took too long.
Verdict: Atlas might work for some but it felt like a step back for our clinic.
