Pros: The EHR system does a decent job managing patient charts and integrates well with third party billing solutions. I also like the automated reminders for patients which reduce no shows.
Cons: It can be a tad bit slow to load during peak usage hours and training new staff on its workflows takes some time. The reporting tools lack advanced features.

Pros: The telehealth tools of athenaclinicals have been a game-changer for my practice and I find its integration with labs and imaging smooth. Documenting notes is fairly intuitive once you get the hang of the system.
Cons: Customer support has been unreliable when issues arise and software updates sometimes introduce more bugs than improvements.
Verdict: A solid EHR with great telehealth options and lab integrations.

Pros: Factsheet shows appropriate data on every patient before an experience is open.
Cons: Generally, the experience is one of much abhorrence. On the off chance that they needed to manufacture a training adjustable EMR.
Verdict: I found very little to really point to what was being done toward the front by their charging workforce.
