Pros: It has been over three years that we have been using American Medical Software. It has been the best practice management solution for us. It is quite easy to use and their have an amazing support team who is always hands on and always provide excellent service.
Cons: Scheduling is a tad bit confusing at first, until you get the hang of it.
Verdict: Would definitely recommend.

Pros: I believe it has the best billing and charting system. Even the reports are very well designed keeping every little aspect and needs of a practice in mind. It keeps our entire system very well organized and efficiently helps in management of daily tasks.
Cons: Not the best support you could expect.

Pros: It is an overall good software. I would not call it one of the best but definitely a good one. It is simple to use and the overall layout is also easy to understand. I like its portal the most as it keeps all the patients well informed and they can choose or select or cancel their own appointments without having the staff involved.
Cons: Needs improvement in most of its features. System also gets slow after an update.
Verdict: Good software.
