Pros: It is solution full of great features I am sure should be ideal for any practices. It looks amazing with its simplicity and ease of use.The best thing about this software is the convenience of submitting and EDI claim, creating CMS-1500, and creating bill directly inside the patient view.
Cons: The reports are slightly confusing and takes time to get the hold of it.
Verdict: TherapyNotes is reasonably priced and should be suitable for small to medium sized practices.

Pros: It is quite a modern, cloud based system. For a practice like ours where we mainly benefit from planning and notes, it works wonders. It comes with this auto-suggest feature that has helped us not only save time but has widely improved the data accuracy. Additionally, I believe it has one of the best billing feature ever.
Cons: It does lack a few advanced features like group appointments or even screen sharing.
Verdict: This telehealth solution works great.

Pros: It is an amazing software with lots of plausible features. I really appreciate the templates that are form-based and suggest automatically and auto checks spellings which saves so much time. It has helped us provide treatment plans and progress notes. The psychological evaluations are also very well-structured and very easy to use.
Cons: The learning curve we faced in the initial phase.
Verdict: Very well structured and efficient.

Pros: It has been great working with TherapyNotes, the platform is very flexible and customizable. Before we installed it our workplace was pretty stressed out but this software has come into our organization as fresh air. The customer service is exceptionally prompt and courteous. We have always received full follow up on every occasion that we contacted them.
Cons: It has not been long since we installed it, so have not really explored all of its features. So far no complaints.
Verdict: Exceeds our expectations.

Pros: It has everything any practice would need on day to day basis. I personally like how TherapyNotes allows an easy scheduling in different types of events, intake, sessions, or even consultations, group sessions on weekly or as recurring basis.
Cons: The customer service is quite poor, my experience has not been very good.
Verdict: An affordable and simple software.
