Cons: Making changes to past notes is not easy. And also, sometimes the system gets too slow for unknown reasons.

Pros: Most of its features like the patient dashboard are customizable which we have been utilizing according to the procedures of our practice.
Cons: I would just say that its layout may not particularly be intuitive for some.

Pros: I like the scheduling feature. But that is all to like in this EMR.
Cons: After having used this software for over two years, I can say for a fact that this is not the best software in the market. It has so many features that make the workflow awkwardly challenging particularly for the new team.
Verdict: I would rather not recommend it.

Pros: Learning this software was very quick and easy. Its ease of filing claims is also commendable.
Cons: Some of its features I believe are unnecessarily complicated. Like we are unable to view claims and statements on the same page, we need to open a separate window every single time. It is quite frustrating at times.
Verdict: It could do better.
