    Pros: PatientClick offers seamless integration with telemedicine solutions. It has enabled our healthcare providers to conduct virtual visits and consultations with patients remotely which has become increasingly important nowadays.

    Cons: While the software integrates with various third-party systems we have had to face challenges in integrating it with certain systems and devices leading to compatibility issues and workflow disruptions.

    Verdict: Intuitive interface and integration is amazing.

    Pros: The software provides customizable templates for various medical specialties allowing our doctors to tailor their documentation to their specific patient needs and practice preferences. It has greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy of our organization.

    Cons: Occasionally slow response times from customer support, which is frustrating when encountering urgent technical issues or in need of immediate assistance.

    Pros: Online client portal including scheduling and paperwork is a huge plus.

    Cons: It is not really a con, only a suggestion if the color could be better.

    Verdict: Also in the notes sections have the option to have affect/mood etc for each person Mobile app for Android is just great.

    Pros: It is I believe the best one we could get. Very easy to use and understand. It is its sustainability that inspires me the most.

    Verdict: Great software, would highly recommend.

    Pros: I knew I would find the right system, eventually. Patientclick EMR Software fit the bill.

    Cons: Emailing you back and forth over the period of weeks or even months. However, if you have an actual, real-time problem that cannot be fixed by watching a video and requires someone to actually get on a phone and figure out what is going on- forget it.

    Verdict: While it is already good, a future update should make it even better.

    Pros: Overall the user experience and interface in the coming year to give it a fresher appearance more in line with the current mobile offering.

    Cons: We continued to pay current invoices and disputed the amount until they provided us with an audited AR history of our account.

    Verdict: The customer support of Patientclick EMR consists of sending you video and article links about how to do things.

    Pros: It works relatively well if you have mostly direct pay clients or accept only a couple of insurances.

    Cons: The years of struggling with customer support issues ranging in downed system to billing disputes.

    Verdict: We still have to resort to transcription for more custom and streamlined correspondence.

    Cons: The interface does seem a little dated, however, we have been told there are plans to.

    Verdict: The rates for Stripe seemed a little steep but it is your only option if you want an integrated credit card system.

    Pros: Fortunately there is a one month free trial and during that month there are plenty of supports to help teach you the system and have time to practice with it.

    Cons: It also works with Patientclick EMR well if you have very few tech problems.

    Verdict: We are a small team of doctors practice. I was contracting with them and offering to subsidize portion of cost.

    Pros: We have used this product since August of 2016. Since then, we have seen this EHR go through its growing.

    Cons: Your accounts will be hopelessly upside down, which is anything but simple! For example insurance enrollments or payer reports that require immediate.

    Verdict: We agreed to pay the disputed amount out of necessity in order to continue to see patients and generate income.

    Pros: Intake paperwork forms that are built for therapy offices in Patientclick EMR Software.

    Cons: There is no one to call. Even if you email asking for a phone call, they won't talk to you and any other questions I had were answered the same day through email.
