    Pros: The quality of the video sessions with clients can be checked beforehand which is convenient. It even works well in areas with bad internet.

    Cons: This EMR software doesnt include many options for customization, as clients always have different needs to each other.

    Verdict: Although some things could be better, my overall experience with this software solution has been positive.

    Pros: This EMR is very easy to download and constant updates meet our changing needs. Connections between hosts and clients are very stable.

    Cons: Its very difficult for us to share client notes with each other.

    Verdict: I strongly recommend this EMR software for fellow health services looking to branch into telehealth solutions.

    Pros: OnCall EMR has streamlined the administrative operations of my practice. Clients find it so easy to book appointments and this freed up space for me to actually focus on providing therapy!

    Cons: The billing feature isnt compatible with my current software, which has lead to some difficulties with third party billing to insurance companies.

    Verdict: OnCall is such an integral part of my practice now that I dont know how I would manage without it!

    Pros: Simple interface, easy to use and affordable.

    Cons: It cant integrate with other EMR software, so in our case we literally have to maintain two different schedules.

    Verdict: A simple software solution but with room for improvement.

    Pros: Our wifi leaves much to be desired. Yet, we have never experienced any connection issues while on a video conference with clients (unlike other software out there). Setting up appointments is incredibly easy too.

    Cons: It might be useful if we could sync the OnCall calendar with google calendars so maintain our schedule would be much easier.

    Verdict: It has been a great resource for us during the pandemic, I used to be worried about dealing with patients over call at home but this software has eliminated any fears. I look forward to using this solution in the future as an option of connecting from home.
