Pros: Its easy scheduling and the capacity to be customized according to our needs is something I am fond of. It has increased the efficiency of our office and streamlined our management.
Cons: It is not quite easy to make changes to the system without the help of the support team, which gets annoying at times when the support is not as quick to respond. Would really appreciate if they could either train our team or improve the customer service.

Pros: Very easy to use and the training was also very quick and easy. The best part is the ease of use of SOAP notes and its billing efficiency.
Cons: The only issue we are facing at the moment is that the patients list is not showing up in an orderly manner, the pending and scheduled are rather mixed up. Have contacted the customer service and they seem to be working on it.

Cons: Only if the billing was also integrated into the system, would have been great.
