Iridium Suite has many useful tools for physicians, of which the automated features are the most beneficial. It includes real-time eligibility checking, automated claim scrubbing, fully integrated claims generation, and an Accounts Receivable functionality that comes with the iQueue feature that prioritizes the ARs for effective resolution. The software can connect with most EMRs/EHRs that have HL7, for importing patient demographic and charge data. Pros: Very easy to use and has some great features like the warning screen alerts for the billing party and suggestions on how to correct coding errors before the submission of a claim.
Cons: Notes taking needs a bit improvement as it is not as easy.
Verdict: It has helped us improve documentation and communication within our practice and with payers.

Pros: Lots to like about this software. Its scheduler can be customized and has the ability to configure appointments by color type and even its duration. We have been using the scheduling feature to not only to establish common appointment characteristics but also block appointment duration on an individual basis.
Cons: We just faced minor glitched during the transition period.
Verdict: Most efficient software system.

Pros: With Iridium Suite we do not have to manually enter EOBs for most of the payers. It is amazing how they are resolved automatically through its adjudication process.
Cons: Too many notifications at times which sort of gives a cluttered look at times.
Verdict: Great software.
