Pros: Initially we were not very sure of this software system. But now that we have been using it for a fairly long time I can say with confidence that it is not only easy to use but perhaps the best one for a medium sized practice.
Cons: We have not had any issues except for the initial trial and error.
Verdict: Highly recommend.

Pros: The IMS EHR It is great practice for a small clinic. It is can help to use harder in a multi-physician clinic.
Cons: The flow formatting was unfavorable as well. The workflow was slowed billing and reporting was a challenge.
Verdict: It was difficult to get out of the system what was needed is well suited for outpatient practices where the patient needs to be checked in.
