ChartMaker® Medical Suite is a fully functional Electronic Health Records (EHR) software that helps medical practices to excel in their daily workflows related to clinical, administrative, and financial tasks. The comprehensive Practice Management (PM) software provides complete functionality taking care of eligibility checking, claims to scrub to reduce any billing errors, and electronic insurance billing. The Practice Management (PM) platform is HIPAA Compliant providing security of data round the clock. Reporting options are also provided for analysis and accountability. The appointment scheduler option of the software allows patients to schedule appointments online. The mobile app services are available for free for a limited time for both Apple and Android users. Pros: The templates are very convenient and I love the ability to access or upload medical records into the same folder.
Cons: The scheduler is not as accurate when showing patients under different options.
Verdict: A very effective charting system for private practices such as ours, it has saved us a lot of time managing our workloads.

Pros: ChartMaker Medical Suite is incredibly quick and efficient to use, Im able to see the records of many different patients within a 15 minute time span.
Cons: The charts arent personalized at all. Its difficult to find one that suits our practice, and the ones we can pick arent detailed enough. Also, we encountered a serious glitch with the software and customer support was of no help whatsoever. Please train your staff properly!
Verdict: I find the software to be good, but if you are looking for a more detailed and personalized chart making solution then I suggest you look elsewhere.

Pros: The templates are very easy to access and previewing them helps a lot before selecting one.
Cons: We arent able to search multiple diagnosis at the same time, which is a but of a nuisance considering some issues are bilateral.
Verdict: Its a great software solution for our practice and we recommend it highly.

Pros: The whole system is very quick and efficient to use. Im able to make charts so rapidly that I can fit multiple patients in a few minutes!
Cons: I wish the templates would be more informative of the area they are for, it would save much more time.
