Benchmark Clinical from AntWorks is an integrated suite of software which includes Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Practice Management, Scheduling, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The company is focused on helping care providers and physicians practice medicine. The software serves to over 120 specialties and sub-specialties including Pediatrics, Family Practice, Cardiology, Urgent Care, Allergy, Gynecology, and Obstetrics.
‘Benchmark Clinical EHR’ offers flexibility and advanced functionality coupled with support services to ensure a worthwhile experience. Clinicians can easily access patient records, social histories, labs, and previous exams. The EHR is equipped with specialty-specific templates that are fully customizable. Physicians can set preferences and use automation tools to enhance how the software reacts and responds. The software suite is available as a cloud-based and a server-based solution. Benchmark also runs on laptops, iPhones, and iPads, so physicians are still connected to their practices while they are away.
Benchmark also offers a comprehensive revenue cycle management service i.e. billing service. Physicians can outsource their financial and administrative processes such as billing and collection services, scheduling appointments, answering service, and essential accounting functions to be handled by Benchmarks’ virtual RCM team. Benchmark’s Clearinghouse also provides electronic remittance management, electronic claims processing, and statement processing.
Benchmark’s Practice Management (PM) is integrated with the EMR. The built-in ‘Advance Scheduler’ allows administrators to efficiently manage appointment and organize front desk processes. Since the PM is integrated with the EHR, it automatically receives and scrubs coding information for billing. Physicians and office managers can also monitor financial, operational and administrative reports and further concentrate on the neglected areas.
Benchmark Clinical has a patient portal that enables patients to request appointments, access their medical records, billing statements and get alerts.
Benchmark’s EHR version 7 has achieved ONC HIT 2014 Edition complete certification, which assures that practices can now meet Meaningful Use (MU) Stage 1 and Stage 2 measures by using this complete EHR.

Pros: There are many features and functionalities of this software system that I like best. It is quite flexible and also customizble and has been so beneficial to our practice. Compared to our previous software, it has a very user-friendly interface, it does not ever slows down or lets you down.
Cons: Would like to see more frequent updates please.
Verdict: Will add great value to any sized practice.

Pros: Benchmark Systems is an amazing product with a very impressive customer service. The training was very quick maybe because the software system itself is super user friendly and easy to learn. Allocating and then retrieving any data is matter of few clicks and every data is so nicely organized. It has contributed to the productivity of our office to a great deal.
Cons: Just a few glitches here and there but nothing as bad.
Verdict: Can be ranked as one of the best Practice Management software for its cost and flexibility.

Pros: It is very easy to use and has a great user interface. It is so much easier to get reports and statements. Our work that took as long as many days is now literally done in a couple of hours. Transferring patient and insurance data also faster than before. Very happy to have Benchmark.
Cons: We would expect the customer service to be more responsive.
Verdict: A very decent software system.

Pros: With Benchmark Systems software our office has become even more efficient and have improved our credentials. It is very intuitive and user-friendly. The support is also very courteous and responsive. It is just what we needed for an accurate medical billing.
Cons: The reporting was a bit confusing in the initial times.
