Pros: Excellent customer support. The system itself is simple so I dont have much trouble with it.

Cons: The only issue is that there is a lack of physical exam interface. Most other EHRs have a way of seeing these things presented in a more direct manner.

Verdict: I think SRS EHR is a simple, efficient and I strongly recommend this software solution.

Pros: This company just knows exactly what our providers need and are able to meet those needs with fantastic software. I find that the best software is the one where you actually use it less than the time you spend with your patients, and SRS has allowed our providers to do just that with how efficient it is!

Cons: I understand that the size of the company leads to some restrictions, but I think if they could work on getting changes to their software quicker to keep up with the constant changes in the industry, they would attract a much larger audience.

Verdict: Even though they are smaller than some other competitors, they have consistently delivered a fantastic service and have built up a tremendous amount of goodwill with our company. We have found them to regularly outperform similar EMR/EHR software we have used in the past.

Pros: This software has been designed with a high volume of practices in mind and makes all of the Meaningful Use requirements incredibly easy to achieve.

Cons: I dont think this company is adaptable to change as I would like, and there have definitely been some bumps along the way regarding support tickets and waiting times. Although the product itself is strong, the patient portal leaves a lot to be desired.

Verdict: The only thing preventing this EHR product from achieving a perfect score is their slow updates and poor patient portal. Other than that, I strongly recommend this software.

Pros: The worked with SRS EHR electronic medical record but time and again have proven they are superior and work harder for me.

Cons: But this is due to my patient population being an underserved one that has limited access to the internet.

Verdict: A system is stable the time I hope that if the company reads this review this is something they will continue to focus on to make sure that.

Pros: The user interface is very clear.

Cons: Create a flag alert for duplicate dates of service code selection of duplication alert.

Verdict: This may be due to the networks themselves but the software is usually the first application to suffer.
