Pros: It is very easy to use and has a very impressive design. The best thing is that most of its features can be configured as per the workflow of our practice which is usually on a per provider basis and just what we needed. It even has the capability to track our work performance and that is an added plus.

    Cons: Learning curve maybe.

Verdict: It should be a perfect fit any practice of any size.

Pros: I really like how this software has been designed keeping the actual users in mind. It has some great features which include key information that can be customised as well, like the registration details and a very centralized scheduling. It is also very easy to change reimbursement models, the medical coding and even billing procedures.

Cons: Support is very slow to respond.

Verdict: Should be a great asset to any organisation.

Pros: EHR & practice management experience is pretty smooth. They have a nice customer service, most representatives know the product well which makes it easier to solve if there is a problem.

Cons: The software modules are accessible in multiple ways, which becomes confusing at times.

Verdict: Demo several products and then shortlist 2 best. You can further have more demos of those and wisely choose the one which fits best.
