Pros: It is very simple to use yet so advanced. It lets us identify coding discrepancies prior to claims submission, it even confirms eligibility electronically and and the best part is how easily it recognizes outstanding claims.
Cons: Although nothing as such but the support response could be better and quicker.
Verdict: One of the best software for an independent practice like ours.
