Pros: It is visually very appealing and overall very easy to use. The installation was very smooth and it has streamlined our workflow. I also love how it continues to improve and bring in new changes with regular updates.
Cons: We experienced bugs and errors during and after a few updates but the support teams were very helpful and quick to fix them for us in no time.
Verdict: A robust EMR system.

Pros: Not just myself but my patients love it too. It keeps my entire system nice and tidy. The scheduling is so much clearer and insurance billing has become a breeze. Before I had SimplePractice installed into my practice, I was using paper notes and along with that there were three other platforms I had to use. But now it is all in one system which is just great.
Cons: The color coding could have a bit more options.
Verdict: Would recommend it.

Pros: The best thing about SimplePractice is its automated billing process. It has streamlined our entire billing structure into one place. This software system was so easy to install and to set up auto pay, file and track insurance claims is now all a work of just a few clicks.
Cons: Only that the payment set up needs to be upgraded as it does not allow partial payments yet.
Verdict: One of the best solutions in the market.

Pros: This system has been great for operating our organization. Our organization is run in groups and thus keeping our electronic records in their respective areas was crucial for us. With SimplePractice not only our records are in place, our business side is streamlined but now it is so much easier for us to focus on the clinical side of our work.
Cons: Updating often brings some glitches here and there or we have to restart the system to get it running smoothly is the only little issue.
Verdict: Simplifies day to day tasks.

Pros: It is affordable, very reliable and has now become an integral part of our medium sized practice. Its interface is so easy with minimal steps and its app works as smoothly as the whole system itself. It is such a blessing to have had telehealth all through these uncertain times. It would not have been possible to have made through the tough pandemic times had it not been for this excellent product. The customer service has also been phenomenal.
Cons: We have not had any major issues just a few glitches at times.
Verdict: Very easy to use and a great software.
