Pros: Its practice management has simplified most of our daily tasks of our medical office. Really pleased with the scheduling and billing.
Cons: Poor customer service, not very responsive.

Pros: Interfaces are also very good. Results flow seamlessly into Quanum Practice Management Software which is most necessary for proper patient care.
Cons: Generally, if you are lost within the system, it only takes a few seconds to find out where you need to go because there are always at least two ways there sitting in front of you.
Verdict: The use of flow sheets within Quanum Practice is probably the best feature.

Pros: We are a multi-specialty facility with over 150 providers in many locations and we use Quanum is an Electronic Health Record as our EHR system.
Cons: Data analytics are not as strong as other programs. We decided to write an email and call to support center for better achieve our objectives.
Verdict: Some of the more technical trackings are too basic. Day to day patient management for primary care is fairly efficient.
