Cons: Not happy with the customer support. They hardly ever reply on time and it is very frustrating.

Pros: The impact of this EHR system on our practice has been immense and it continues to help us evolve with more features to get better and better.
Cons: It was hard to understand the system at first. We had to contact the technical team many times. But later on, it was all smooth.
Verdict: The initial learning curb was not so good, but it is worth it in the long run.

Pros: This software works great for checking for adverse drug interactions, reviewing patient drug histories, approving or rejecting prescriptions written by clinic staff and so much more. This software system saves time and even suggests specialty-specific medication.
Cons: The clinical side of this software is unnecessarily complicated. I wish it could be simplified.
Verdict: This is a good Practice Management software system.

Cons: We have not faced any issues with the system but the customer support is not as efficient.
