iPatientCare offers a cloud-based Electronic Health Records (EHR) software system with integrated Medical Billing and Practice Management facilities. It aids physician offices, Rural Health Clinics (RHC) and Community/Federally Qualified Health Centers (CHC/FQHC) with their requirements of medical billing and MACRA/MIPS assistance. iPatientCare Electronic Medical Records (EMR) comes with three important modules. These modules include Chronic Care Management (CCM), Annual Wellness Visit and Population Health Management (PHM).
iPatientCare provides many useful features including Patient enrollment, credentialing, eligibility verification, referral authorization, claims scrubbing, denial management, etc. It is Meaningful Use (MU) certified and provides compliance with ICD-10 and e-Prescribing (e-Rx) of Controlled Substances (EPCS). The software also provides an on-premise installation for those users willing to store patient health records.
The solution is certified for MIPS eCQMs reporting and comes with a real-time dashboard. iPatientCare EMR/PM software is available on a per month subscription basis. The customer care service is available via phone and email.
iPatientCare is compatible with Mac OS, Web browser (OS agnostic) and Windows 10.

Pros: We have been using it for some time now and are very happy with it. We can conveniently systematize acceptability from multiple locations, transfer patient meeting documents into claims, and post payments.
Cons: Nothing as such but the layout could be better or have a more modern touch.
Verdict: It is an established practice management system for an easy and efficient claim scrubbing.

Pros: iPatientCare has streamlined our workflow and improved our efficiency. The practice management module as well as the revenue module it offers are quite unique and way better than our previous EHRs.
Cons: I am not very fond of its color-coding; I think it confuses the users especially when locating specific appointments.
