Pros: Insync is quite an advanced and a robust software system. We have been using it for a fairly long time now and have not faced any issues to date. It consists of all the features we required to successfully run our. It has a great customer support. They are always willing to listen and are always able to deliver solutions that work according to the needs of our specialties and workflows.
Cons: The training was not as simple and took quite long, than expected.
Verdict: Would recommend.

Pros: InSync healthcare solutions EHR has been the most robust platform for the behavioral and therapeutic area of our practice. It is a fully integrated software and it has enabled our staff to manage billing, other management as well as individual therapy scheduling. We love the fact that it consists of all features we need for inpatient and outpatient care on one platform.

Pros: It has been the best choice for our organization. It is an incredible software solution for the charting of patient progress for our providers as well as facilitating its access to them. Its platform has also assisted us with not only state reporting, therapy, drug testing but also patient management with its amazing portal keeping everyone involved and updated.
Cons: Customer service. Not as easy to reach.

Pros: The system worked fairly well when we were a small practice. As our practice grows - the slower the system gets. After months of arguing that our system is running too slow, they identified the issue as a "bug" in their system and will at some point place it on a list to eventually be looked at. There are reports that we cannot run and areas of the system we cannot use due to "a long running script".
Cons: Way too expensive for what you receive. System issues not being resolved is the biggest complaint. A system "bug" is not important to the support staff, even though it greatly affects our ability to be productive.
Verdict: Would rather not recommend.
