EHR 24/7 is a robust web-based Electronic Health Records (EHR) software by Office Ally which was founded in 2000. The Electronic Medical Records software offers services for all medical specialties. EHR 24/7 is ONC-ATCB certified and offers HIPAA compliance which ensures secure logins and protects user data. The Electronic Health Records software is also Meaningful Use (MU) certified for Stage 2.
EHR 24/7 offers users a variety of features which include customizable SOAP notes and templates, e-Prescribing (e-Rx), lab and device integration, patient scheduling and appointment reminders, etc. The physicians can use the e-Rx feature to directly send prescriptions to the pharmacy chosen by the patient.
The Patient Portal of Office Ally’s EHR 24/7 can be accessed both by providers and physicians free of charge. The patients can access their medical records and prescriptions, request appointments, etc. anywhere and at any time.
EHR 24/7 also provides integration with multiple dictation platforms. It is compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS, Linux, Web browser (OS agnostic), Windows 2000, and Windows 8.

Pros: The best thing about it is that it can be customized according to our needs. I love all of its specialty specific templates and SOAP notes guidelines. It is also very easy to use.
Cons: The only thing I believe needs to change is its design, even with all the latest features it gives an outdated look.

Pros: I really like how simple and easy to use this software is. All of its features and templates are customizable with a very easy to understand layout and faster implementation.
Cons: Nothing as such but it would be great if there were more detailing in printing like a customizable header option.
Verdict: A good software system.

Pros: It is an overall great software. Very simple layout and nothing fancy. It is not like the new modern and advanced level software out there in the market as there are many areas where it lacks simple tools. For example viewing all details in the financials in one place is not possible and there are no notifications of the upcoming appointments either. It initially felt unfit for our clinic but the ease of charting is and efficiency otherwise covers up for other bits.
Cons: My only issue is that it is not an all-in-one place kind of a software. You get certain features into segments and to operate them we need to either log out or use a separate system and it is not just a hassle but quite disappointing.
Verdict: EHR 24/7 works well.

Pros: It is very easy to use and personalize. So easy to add patients. I love its overall layout and design. I also love how it can be customized for all the specialities and every specialty can have its own template.
Cons: The billing puts me off a bit and that too only because of the printing. Other than that no problems.
Verdict: Easy to use.

Pros: Its set up was very quick and smoothly done and training was also very good. The scheduling is very easy and so is the usage of templates and following the electronic billing process.
Cons: I believe that the statements could be a lot better. There are various fields of information that we have to fill in manually.
