The software was basically designed for behavioral health billing services, but after a few improvements and updates, it can now be used by administrators, the billing team, the clinical team, and even the c-level executives.

Progress notes are as easy as anything! It also helps practices with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and facilitates them in getting paid faster billing automation. The software also posts claims automatically and can easily track claim status, along with making reports on accepted claims and rejections instantly.

Pros: With CTOne we are able to easily and safely share data with our providers. Its quick execution has brought significant value to our organization with minimal efforts involved. It has also simplified our communication with our related team member that has added to our staff efficiency.
Cons: It took us some time to get through charting as it is slightly complicated compared to the other features.
Verdict: An overall good software.
