CodoniXnotes is a complete practice software suite consisting of Electronic Medical Records & practice management. The web-based solution is designed for practices of all sizes. It works best with Urgent Care facilities, physician offices, school-based health clinics & Emergency Departments. The software is ONC-ATCB ambulatory certified for Meaningful-Use and conforms to JCAHO and HIPAA guidelines.

The EMR supports the automated generation of triage and physician notes along with narrative reports which help ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. The built-in medical editor allows users to customize applications and apply changes to medicine and other coding requirements. The software is also fully certified for Stage 2 Meaningful Use.
CodoniXnotes also provides a Patient Portal that allows patients to review their medical records & test results and also share them with other providers. Patients can also schedule appointments, update their personal information, as well as receive notifications and alerts from care teams/practice.
The CodoniXnotes integrated Practice Management solution streamlines daily operations of a practice. The scheduler keeps the doctors up to date by sending notifications regarding updates in a patient’s schedule. Administrators can manage patient flow and track them in real-time. CodoniXnotes is ICD-10 ready and accurately predicts appropriate diagnosis & procedure codes. The e-prescription feature allows physicians to send prescriptions electronically, saving time for both the patient and the practice. Office Managers can pull financial reports and recognize areas where the practice needs attention.

Pros: It has an amazing interface, very easy to use and training was also very quick and simple. Any issues we had either in charting or during the transition period, there were always automated instructions and helpful notes to guide us every step of the way. The support is also very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The only issue we have had is with scheduling. It requires all patient data to be entered or it does not work properly.
Verdict: Good for the price, would recommend.

Pros: CodoniXnotes is a comprehensive practice management software. It is very user friendly. The training took hardly any time and the support team is also very friendly.
Cons: Charting is quite complicated and almost frustrating.
Verdict: It is overall nice but needs improvement.

Pros: The system offers great functionality. The interface is up to the mark according to modern needs.
Cons: The least thing that I like about this product is that it lags all the time and sometimes it even crashes and then you have to restart it.

Pros: The only one thing I can call to be good is its ease of use. The training was quick and the transition did not take long. Other than that, nothing suited us.
Cons: CodoniXnotes is full of errors and glitches at almost every step of the way. Since we operate in urgent care, we had to face almost serious examination issues during a few patient sessions as this software system did not have the basic and most essential diagnostics. I believe this software needs a lot of working and definitely not worth the price.
Verdict: I would rather not recommend.
