AlphaFlex Electronic Health Records (EHR) software is a product of the award-winning Mediware service that provides Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Software and Practice Management (PM) solutions to specialties covering mental & behavioral health, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities. AlphaFlex EHR Software also offers an integrated Electronic Medication Administration Records (e-MAR). This allows users to create, view, and track all medication administration records details for effective medication management. The system also calculates and color codes the next medication administration time. Mediware Information Systems, Inc., also announced an expansion to AlphaFlex EHR’s system functionality, which now allows practitioners to electronically prescribe controlled substances to patients. This dramatically improves patient safety and simultaneously increases customer workflow efficiency.
AlphaFlex EMR, as a part of Mediware’s host of award-winning software, is fully HIPAA compliant while still being regularly updated and having full access to data backups. This of course also makes AlphaFlex completely ICD-10 compliant.
