It is designed to work the way you do and its easy-to-use interface lets you concentrate on your patients - not on software. The patient database keeps track of what discharge instructions were given to what patient. This way, if you choose to instruct the patient on additional findings you have proof that you gave the patient appropriate information.

Each individual physician may modify any or all text in any given field to suit their own style, then the instruction may be saved in their own user archive for future use with any other patient. Physicians may also share their discharge instructions with other physicians that are new to the system, or a hospital may choose to implement a standard form for each disease or complaint.

Discharge Instructions has the full name and office/contact information included on the printed copy, as well as the inclusion of what medications were prescribed. For specific hospitals or physician offices the logo is included at the top of the discharge instruction.
